password array

I want to figure out a way to wrap a few user accounts up in some sort of array, .. like say 4, and then a list of passwords, say 10. And instead of having to go down each one I can just pass this credential at it. Anyone know of a way to do that? VBS script, .. pshell.. extreme blood magic?

So if I have a computer that's changed passwords a few times and could have 3 different user accounts on it, .. I can just pass this at it instead of typing out jedi / 3Larg3GGs ,  jedi /Bak@375 , yoda/ UZZe!nd ..
