fbinst not showing files after repartition

i'm created second partition FAT32, the first one is NTFS, and after that when I open fbinst to edit the title or fbinst menu I ca'n see the 3 files that I see before, and can't edit the title before showing the grub4dos options.

how to fix this issue without reformatting the usb stick?
