Help for boot win8pe_x64 on UEFI system

Hi,

 I have a file Win8PE_x64 can boot on UEFI system. But I don't know install it on USB. Someone help me solve this

I know use RMPREPUSB.exe to create boot on usb (BIOS system). And use file menu.lst to choose menu boot.
