What is the chain of startup files in Win7PESE?

I try to understand the startup process of Win7PESE, but i can't, for the life of me, figure out the chain of startup files.

This is the chain i figured out:
- WinPESHL.exe executes WinPESHL.ini
  - shortcut.exe executes Win7PE.cfg [shortcuts]
  - Pintool.exe executes Win7PE.cfg [Pintool]
  - PEShell is loaded
    - explorer.exe is loaded
end of chain???

When and by which programs get Win7PE.cfg [autorun], [postconfig], [registry] used?
When get autorun.cmd, installdrvs.cmd, startnet.cmd, used?

Also, does anyone know, what onlinedeploy.cmd is for?
