How to Install network card after boot

Hello.
I hope someone can help me to clarify how to do this as I am a novice.
My network card is not recognized, so I need to install it after I have started MultiPE.
I am running MultiPe with a Windows XP SP3 folder after Slipstreaming from SP1.

What I have is a bunch of files and folders with setup.exe for my network card.
1. Where do I place these files?
2. How do I start running setup.exe after having started the MultiPE DVD?
